Sales Quotations now include an Expiry Date option.
If a 'Sales Quotation Expiry Days' is set in Financial Settings > General Tab, the Expiry Date will be automatically calculated when creating a new Sales Quotation.

If the 'Sales Quotation Expiry Days' is set to 0, the Expiry Date will not be calculated.
Editing Sales Quotations
Once you have set up the Expiry Date you will see a green refresh button in the Edit Sales Quotation window, clicking this will display the new expiry date for any quotation that was created before setting up the Expiry Date. The refresh button will be disabled if no expiry days are set. However, you can still manually enter an Expiry Date.

If 'Sales Quotation Expiry Days' is greater than 0, the Expiry Date is calculated as: Expiry Date = Quotation Date + Sales Quotation Expiry Days (e.g., 30 days in screenshot below).

Sales Quotation List Display
- Quotations without an Expiry Date will show 'N/A'.
- Expiry Dates on or before today will be red.
- Expiry Dates in the future will be blue.
